At St. Andrew’s Medical Supply (SAM Supply) we try to help you order the right product for your needs. However, we do understand that occasionally you may receive the wrong product or that your selection does not work out for you.
SAM Supply will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a full refund or replacement, however, due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, SAM Supply cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) in which the retail packaging or sterile seal has been broken.
Please inspect your items prior to opening the or using the items to be sure your received the correct items. Call us immediately if anything is incorrect or missing. This will ensure that you are not left with a non-refundable item.
To return an item you must be given prior authorization.
This is important to ensure your account is credited properly or that your refund check is promptly mailed to you. SAM Supply cannot guarantee that credit will be given for items that are returned without prior authorization.
How Do I Return Product to SAM Supply?
- Contact our Customer Care Representatives by phone or email within 30-days of receiving your items.
- We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) to write on the outer shipping box, as well as the correct address in which to ship your return.
- Mail the package back to us within 10-days of receiving your RA number.
- Returned packages will be evaluated at the time of receipt to make sure they are unused and in their original packaging and your credit will be issued promptly.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item(s) back to SAM Supply except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.
SAM Supply stands behind the products we offer. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the defective item returned to us for evaluation and replaced at our cost.
Keep in mind that a restocking fee may apply to some returns. This fee will never exceed 25% of the total cost. At the time you place your order you will be notified if the item(s) may have a restocking fee.
